In this option, the dentist places five or more implants in your jaw, and a permanent denture is attached. They use Screws or clasps to keep the denture in place. The denture is then secured to the bar or support posts. You will not have to face any trouble cleaning the denture as it does not touch the gum tissue. An important thing to note is that one can face more difficulty cleaning under the dentures without removing them.
